Tonight's dinner is so delicious, I may not be able to wait 'til dinner time to eat it. I prepared the Chickpea and Spinach Curry from Vegan with a Vengeance and I'm serving it with whole wheat pita, roasted garlic hummus, and dolmas.
Yeah. I know.
I'm getting rather Pavlovian myself just writing about it.
Here's a close-up for all you fellow food porn lovers:
This curry is fan-freakin'-tastic. If you're a fan of curries, or even if you merely identify as "curry curious", this one's a winner. Also, the tomato base of this dish, instead of the more rich coconut milk bases that are so prevalent amongst curries, is kind to the waistline.

Jonah - My regular readers (ehem) know that I don't always post recipes with my Sunday Night Dinner entries and I almost never post recipes from books I think everyone should own. I just review them in an effort to get people to support vegan authors that kick ass. You should try this book. I know you have Veganomicon and if you like it, you'll like this too. Same author.
Jessy - Thanks dahling! It was a great meal, indeed. And the dolmas ... yeah ... that's good shiz right there.
Erin - Thank you! I really enjoy food photography. It's quite fun.
Had a vivid dream featuring you two nights ago. Will tell you about it when I can.
I miss you.
Love your food porn.
Willa - Can't wait to hear about it.
Miss you too! Be safe hitch-hiking!
