But what I'm most excited about is my husband's gift. My son :::wink wink::: got his father an ice cream maker with a brand new scooper. I created a book of recipes for homemade vegan ice cream and other frozen treats to go along with it. So, expect to see some vegan ice cream maker experimentation over the summer.
As an aside, in my search for recipes, I found a whole blog dedicated to making vegan ice cream called, appropriately enough, A Vegan Ice Cream Paradise. Sweet!
