Last night's dinner was Orange Sesame Tofu from
Eat, Drink & Be Vegan by Dreena Burton. I served it on steamed brown Basmati rice with green lentils. The Husband and I both thought it was delicious (the orange sauce is awesome) and it was quite easy to make. Fresh ginger could make a fabulous addition to the sauce and I imagine one could alter the recipe to make other flavors like ... pomegranate. Yum!
