I got so much fresh produce in preparation for this week, I decided to let my vegan guides lead me to improv a breakfast smoothie for myself. Boy, is it good! Here's what I did:
Marni's Mango Cherry Smoothie
serves 1
- 1 frozen banana (cut into 1-inch chunks and stash in the freezer the night before)
- 1 cup chopped mango
- 1/2 cup fresh apple juice
- 1/3 cup cherries, pitted (about 7 cherries)
Yum!
