Salad Love

The weather is warming up here in beautiful sunny San Diego, happily dancing around in the mid-80s today. With warm weather comes lots of fresh produce and simple meals consisting mainly of whole foods. Fabulous.

I'm celebrating today with a delicious salad. There's nothing better than a giant, fresh salad at the pinnacle of a warm day. My current favorite combination:

• mixed organic greens
• Roma tomatoes
• garbanzo beans (hail!)
• Bake'Uns
• firm tofu
• Bragg's Liquid Aminos
• Annie's Goddess Dressing

You cannot deny the delishiousness...
