Iron Deficient Chef Ep # 1 - "I can't believe it's not meat!"

Iron Deficient Chef is now my new favorite show on The Internets.  It's an Australian show all about vegetarian food and related issues.  The show is happy, edgy, funny, well-produced and edited, and let's face it, Australian accents a fun to listen to and tattooed chicks with blonde dreads are fun to watch.  Suzy Spoon seems like the kind of girl I'd love to split a sixer with as we nosh on chips n' guac and chat.
Here's the show description from the website:
Iron Deficient Chef is an internet based vegetarian cooking programme made by Suzy Spoon & Tracy Smith.
Tracy and Suzy started pre production in July 2007 and launched the site on 5th April 08. They transformed Suzy’s grandma’s double garage into a production office come studio where they make most of the show. Some of the cooking segments were shot with a crew of 8 people in a friend’s industrial kitchen in Alexandria. Each episode goes for 5 minutes and covers topics such as ethical eating and vegan cooking techniques.

And here is the first episode:
The recipe from this episode for "The Best Vegan Spaghetti Bolognaise" is available on the website.
